Ngai Heng will use such third-party personal data only for the specific job requirements (e.g., printing, inserting, labelling, sorting, and delivery fulfilment).

To minimize retention, third-party personal data supplied for fulfilment purposes will be erased 3 working days after job delivery, unless otherwise required by law or mutually agreed in writing with the customer (e.g., repeated fulfilment arrangement).
